I am new to the product and new to web players in general.
We need a player and play list to be installed locally for our clients' tradeshows so their videos can be played on big screens. I can not lower the resolution size nor the data rate.
When I play the 1280x720 h.264 MOV's in the preview window while building my media player, the videos play back fine with no stuttering. I have also tried pointing the XML paths to 1280x720 .FLV's and the videos still stutter.
But when I publish the .SWF player and then insert the published .SWF player into an HTML page, the videos stutter, making it look like the videos are playing back at a slower frame rate and causing the video and audio to look out-of-sync.
Is it just a matter of increasing the buffer size? What buffer time do you recommend?
Or can the swf player not handle higher data rates and larger resolution sizes?
Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
Thank you!
