Another Question about registration

I have used your product (SWF to Video PRO) for a while now and need it to perform conversions for .dv for our TV content that I make in swf format. I use the your email showing the link and registration to periodically update. This last update - v3.8 to v3.9- says I have a proxy problem and cannot complete the registration so I cannot use the product I have paid for and use daily. I have gotten the proxy problem popups before when I open your product for use but it has not kept me from using your product. I work at a large aerospace company with very tight security.

Is there another way to complete the registration or go back to v3.8?

I have sent an email for support but have not heard........PLEASE advise

The registration of V3.9 needs your computer to connect to Internet. Or it cannot register successful.
Please make sure your computer could connect to internet.

As I cannot connect to the internet in such a way as to allow for the way 3.9 wants to authenticate, is 3.8 available for download?

I would like to continue to use your product that I have already paid for and used for over a year.

All retail versions of SWF to Video Converter software have been updated to V3.9 with Internet registration and also fixed other problems of old versions.
And we have sent you another version to your email. Please make sure your IE browser can access to internet.

probably need to close this post as support has contacted me.

Connection thru the Internet is not an option....Don't know why you started this (piracy issues?) as I already got a registration email from you when I purchased your product. Doesn't that verify I bought and own your software.

Guess I will need to start to investigate other options.

Hello,

Certainly you can use the retail version of the software after purchasing.
We just update the registration way in V3.9, you need to confirm your computer connect to Internet when registration.

please advise when you change your registration techniques, because the security issues use of your software raise does not make it possible for me to utilize your software

Hello,

The registration way of SWF to Video converters is updated at the beginning of July.
You just need to make sure your computer connect to internet and your firewall and anti-virus software haven't blocked the program when registration.
Besides, as you know the Flash player has been updated to V10.1, the new version 3.9 of SWF to Video supports well with Flash Player 10.1.
