Here is a step-by-step guide about how to make home videos with Movavi Video Suite Business.
Step 1: download and install the Movavi Video Suite Business
Step 2: add media files for processing
Start the software and go to the Import tab and click the Open Media File button to select videos. Movavi software supports most of the popular video formats including avi and mp4. You can add audio files, images, and video files.
Step 3: Drag and Drop Clips to the Timeline.
Add videos and photos to the timeline and sort them into the desired order. Take care as you create your story arc – an intriguing plotline is the foundation of all good movies!
Step 4: Overlay Music
Sound adds magic to video. That's why Movavi Video Suite offers two soundtracks - one for background music and a second for special audio effects. To make sound appear (and disappear) smoothly or segue into another composition, click on the file on the Timeline with the right mouse button and choose Properties. Put a check mark next to Fade-In or Fade-Out (or both) effects and set the duration of the effect.
Step 5: add titles
Title, credits, subtitles - videos often benefit from some judiciously-applied text. Click on the Title tab, then just type the text, customize the font, size, and color, even add animation if you wish. Click the Apply button, and your words will appear on the Timeline text track next to the red line.
Step 6: add transitions
Time for the finishing touches. Go to the Transitions tab and either choose the desired transition from the available presets or create one of your own by clicking the name of the transition, e.g. KenBurns - Sharp, and then - the Customize button. To apply a transition, simply drag it to the Timeline or select two clips and click the Insert button.
Step 7: export the video
Go to the Export tab and choose the distribution medium you want: burn your video to DVD, save it to a video format for uploading to YouTube™, convert your film for viewing on a mobile device, or even create a 3D movie!
